Cardiff Half Marathon
Two members of “Team BFL” recently ran the Cardiff Half marathon and despite the very warm weather and limited ability they all managed a respectable sub 2:30:00 finish. They raised over £1,000 for the Ty Olwyn Hospice Charity to support them to provide palliative care to cancer patients across the Neath, Port Talbot and Swansea area. Well done lads.
